# Invite Operators and Manage Team Access in Silver5 AI

> Add operators to your Silver5 AI account so your team can manage chats and orders without accessing your Binance credentials directly.

Silver5 AI lets you add operators to your account so your team can handle chats, respond to counterparties, and manage P2P orders from a shared dashboard — without ever sharing your Binance API keys or credentials. Whether you're running a small trading desk or scaling up to a full VASP operation, operators let you delegate the day-to-day work while you keep complete visibility and control.

## How operator access works

Operators log in to Silver5 AI with their own credentials and interact with the shared chat and order dashboard. They can see conversations, respond to counterparties, and process orders according to your workflow — but they have no visibility into your Binance API keys, account settings, or any credentials connected to your Silver5 AI account.

Every action an operator takes is recorded in a full audit trail, so you always know who responded to which chat, when, and what was said. This gives you the traceability your compliance team needs without requiring operators to access Binance directly.

## Invite an operator

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Team Settings">
    In your Silver5 AI dashboard, go to **Settings → Team**. You'll see a list of any operators already connected to your account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send an invitation">
    Click **Invite Operator** and enter the email address of the person you want to add. You can also add an optional display name to help identify them in the dashboard.
  </Step>

  <Step title="They accept the invitation">
    Your new operator receives an invitation email with a link to create their Silver5 AI operator account. Once they set up their password and complete verification, their account becomes active.
  </Step>

  <Step title="They access the shared dashboard">
    After accepting, the operator can log in and immediately access the shared chat and order dashboard. They'll see the conversations and orders assigned to them, and can start responding right away.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Operator limits by plan

The number of operators you can invite depends on your current Silver5 AI plan. If you need more operators than your plan allows, you can upgrade at any time.

| Plan         | Operators included |
| ------------ | ------------------ |
| Basic        | 1                  |
| Pro          | 2                  |
| Intermediate | 3                  |
| Advanced     | 5                  |
| Enterprise   | Unlimited          |

Upgrading your plan immediately increases your operator limit. See [Plans & Billing](/setup/plans-billing) for a full comparison of what each plan includes.

## Managing operators

Once you've added operators to your account, you have full control over their access:

* **Remove an operator** at any time by going to **Settings → Team** and clicking the remove option next to their name. Their access is revoked immediately.
* **Audit trail is preserved** — removing an operator does not delete their action history. All previous responses, order actions, and chat interactions remain in the log for compliance and review purposes.
* **Reassign open chats** before removing an operator to ensure no active conversations are left unattended. You can manually reassign chats from the chat dashboard.

<Tip>
  Assign operators to specific Binance accounts to balance workload across your team. If one operator handles a high-volume account, you can dedicate them to that account while others cover different books — keeping response times fast and avoiding bottlenecks.
