Centralized Chats consolidates all P2P conversations from every linked Binance account into a single inbox. Your team can respond, assign, and escalate messages without ever accessing Binance directly — keeping your credentials secure and your operation fully auditable.

Key benefits

Secure access

Your team operates entirely within Silver5 without ever touching your Binance API keys or login credentials. Your exchange access stays in your hands.

Full history

Every conversation is stored and searchable. A unified audit trail means you can review any exchange at any time — no messages lost across accounts.

Faster response

Automatic chat assignment reduces first-response time by up to 60%. The right operator picks up the right chat without manual handoffs.

Scalable

Add operators and accounts as your operation grows — without adding operational complexity. The panel scales with you.

How to use Centralized Chats

1

Connect your Binance accounts

Link your Binance accounts to Silver5 via API key. See the Connect Binance setup guide for step-by-step instructions.
2

Add your team members as operators

Go to Settings → Team and invite each operator by email. Assign roles and set access permissions at this step.
3

Enable Centralized Chats

Navigate to Modules → Chats and activate the module for each connected account. New P2P chats from all accounts flow into the shared inbox automatically from this point forward — operators see them as they arrive and respond directly from the Silver5 dashboard without ever accessing Binance.

Chat assignment

Chats are assigned automatically based on each operator’s current workload, so no single person gets overwhelmed while others sit idle. If you need to shift a conversation to a specific operator — for example, to a senior agent for a difficult case — you can reassign it manually from the inbox view in a single click.

Alerts and keywords

Set up keyword alerts to flag urgent conversations for immediate human attention. Add terms like "dispute", "problem", "refund", or "police" to your alert list, and Silver5 will surface those chats at the top of the queue and send a notification to the assigned operator. This keeps critical situations from getting buried in a busy inbox.

Combined with AI Agent

Enable the AI Agent module to handle routine, repetitive messages automatically — greetings, payment confirmations, standard instructions — and only escalate complex or flagged chats to your human operators. This lets a small team manage a high volume of conversations without sacrificing quality. See the AI Agent module for setup details.
If you remove an operator from your team, reassign their open chats first. Removing an operator with active conversations will leave those chats unattended until manually reassigned.
