Three Positioning Modes
Choose the strategy that fits your operation. You can switch modes at any time without deactivating the bot.- Conservative
- Aggressive
- Fixed Price
Conservative mode keeps your ad competitive without undercutting aggressively. The bot adjusts your price to stay near the top of the listings while respecting your margin floor — it won’t race to the bottom just to be first.Best for: Merchants who prioritize margin stability, operations with consistent daily volume, and traders who want to stay competitive without constant price wars. How it works: The bot monitors the top listings and positions your ad within a defined range of the leading price. If the market shifts, your price follows — but only to the extent needed to maintain a strong position, not necessarily rank #1.
How to Configure the Bot
Open the Positioning Bot module
In your Silver5 AI dashboard, navigate to Modules → Positioning Bot. You’ll see your existing bots (if any) and a button to create a new one.
Select your trading pair and account
Choose the trading pair you want to target (for example, USDT/ARS) and select the Binance account the bot should manage. Each bot is tied to one pair and one account.
Choose a positioning mode
Select Conservative, Aggressive, or Fixed Price based on your strategy. You can change this at any time after activation.
Set your price floor and ceiling
Define a minimum price floor — the lowest price the bot is ever allowed to set — and a maximum price ceiling. These bounds protect your margin regardless of what the competition does.
Configure active hours (optional)
Set the time windows during which the bot should run. Outside those hours, the bot pauses automatically and your ad is left at its last price. This is useful if you only want to be competitive during business hours or peak trading windows.
Running Multiple Bots
You don’t have to pick one strategy for your entire operation. Each Silver5 AI plan includes multiple bot slots — from 3 bots on the entry plan up to unlimited on Enterprise — so you can run separate configurations in parallel. Common setups include:- One bot per trading pair (e.g., USDT/ARS on one bot, USDT/BRL on another)
- One bot per Binance account if you operate multiple accounts
- Mixed modes — a Conservative bot running 24/7 and an Aggressive bot that you activate manually during peak hours
Monitoring Your Bot
The Positioning Bot dashboard gives you full visibility into what the bot is doing in real time:- Live price feed — see each price update as it happens, including the timestamp and the competitor price that triggered it
- Current market rank — your ad’s position in the Binance P2P listings at this moment
- Performance history — a log of all price changes, your average rank over time, and order volume correlated with positioning events
